Dr. Rita Formisano
Dr. Rita Formisano is the Director of Neuro-Rehabilitation Department, Post-Coma Unit for the IRCCS Santa Lucia Foundation, Via Ardeatina, Rome. She was born in Cassino, France and is married with two children.
Dr. Fromisano attended La Sapienza University, Rome, Italy. Medical Doctor Degree, score, 110/110 cum laude, Medical Doctor Abilitation – General Italian Medical Licence.
She also received her Specialist in Neurology Degree 70/70 cum laude from La Sapienza University, Rome. She also became a Foreign assistant and research fellow at the Neurological Clinic of the Innsbruck University (Austria), officially recognized by Italian Health Ministry. Dr. Formisano then received her Ph.D Degree in Neurobiology from La Sapienza University, Rome.
